EDC FIRST AID patch (3x2 inch velcro)

Great for EDC organization!

I've been printing mine with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.18mm layer height, but really most settings should work. I haven't calibrated flow for text with the larger nozzle because I'm just interested in legibility not perfect surfaces. But it's easy to mix and match colors and filaments as needed. I've had good results with text in glow filament as well.

My original idea was to print in two-color TPU, but printing in PLA has been great and my first set of PLA patches has lasted perfectly thru six months of normal EDC and normal pack handling exposure and conditions.

You can use any kind of velcro that has strong adhesive, but I've found good results with these so far:
