To print it, you should use these settings for best results:
0.2mm nozzle
0.06mm layer height
Seam Position: Back
Ironing ON / Pattern Rectilinear
Wall Generator: Arachne
Top Surface Pattern: Concentric
Top Surface Speed: 30mm/second
If you choose not to use these settings, the difference is apparent below:
Furthermore, a 0.4mm nozzle with the settings mentioned before but with a 0.08mm layer height will result in this, which may also be detailed enough:
