48T GT2 Pulley, 6mm belt width, 6mm bore

Update: Upgraded to version 2. Chamfer and decrease the overhangs: the new version cleanly prints without support.

Designed GT2 timing pulley for my EXOS II EQ5 OnStep mount with following specifications --

1. Number of teeth - 48

2. Pitch - 2mm

3. Bore - 6mm

4. Belt width - 6mm

The pulley has two slots designed to fit M3 hexagonal nuts to assist in shaft tightening.

 I printed with 50% infill and 0.12mm layer height for extra strength and stiffness.
