Dumpling Maker Mk.2 (All new and improved version(s))

This is my Dumpling Maker MK.2 which is a total re-work / re-make of my original Dumpling Maker.

They all print in place as a single print (with no need for supports).

I have included 2 Dumpling pastry cutters here too (a standard sized and a large size).

Use these to make a ring of pastry 75mm (2 ¾ inches) / 90mm (3 ½ inches) in diameter no more than 5mm (¼ inch) thick - This is probably too thick as well. 3-4mm is better, just dont make it too thin, as it won't seal and may split during cooking. You can experiment with the thickness to see which works best for you. The actual size of the finished dumpling (and the dumpling maker ring) is 70mm / 85mm - the extra 5mm width is used in the well for the filling, so the 75mm ring of pastry will end up 70mm and the 90mm ring of pastry will end up 85mm once filled and can then be folded. The filling is approximately 2-3 / 3-4 teaspoons in size (of whatever you are using) to fill the dumpling properly.

I have included both stl files and 3mf files set up for use on the Bambu Lab P2S (but these can be used on any other printer). You will find them in their respective folders.

I printed these on my Bambu Lab P2S printer with Bambu Studio v.2.5.0.66 (Other printers/slicers can be used).
