Visor for the IMOU 2C camera.

This visor is designed to leave the entire field of view of the 2.8mm IMOU 2C camera unobstructed, therefore it does not obstruct any other model. It may also be compatible with the 2E and 3C series cameras (not tested). It features an open ring design for easy mounting, adapts to the camera's geometry, and is secured with a screw and nut.

An excellent material for making the visor is ASA, due to its resistance to outdoor conditions and UV radiation. Alternatively, PETG can be used, which also offers good outdoor resistance and some UV resistance. When printing with ASA, the shrinkage of the part must be considered, depending on the printing parameters, the printer used, the material manufacturer, etc. Generally, a correction factor based on personal experience should be applied. As a reference, using the natural ASA from "prusament" and a Prusa MK3.5 printer, I had to apply a 0.66% increment in the XY direction to the part to obtain the nominal size.

If using PETG, it will generally not be necessary to apply any correction to the STL file.

 You have two models available. One with a full 360° visor (visera_completa.stl) and another with a cut-out at the bottom (visera_retallada.stl).
