2 Versions of this lid.

The version with the fins only has them for the purpose of making the hose coupler stronger so it doesn't break as easy when using a hose clamp on it while keeping air resistance to a minimum.

If you find it difficult / tight to install this part just lineup 3 corners and lightly slap in the 4th.
