3D Thermoformed Heart

Thermoformed 3D hearts for treats or trinkets. These are printed flat, then shaped using a heat gun.

Printing Instructions

• Heart Base: PETG, ABS, or other heat-resistant filament

• Hearts: PLA (with or without hanger)

  • File is pre-configured for easy changes. You'll need to adjust "Infill Layer".

  • Infill: 20% (feel free to tweak "Infill Layer" to other types like gyroid)

  • Top & Bottom Layers: 0 (in the "*Infill Layer")

Assembly

1. Stack: Top 1 → Heart → Top 2

2. Heat the infill evenly with a heat gun

3. Slowly press the heart down onto the base until formed
