Super simple polishing wheel to use with sandpaper or sponges with velcro backing
It prints without any support, but the center hole needs to be punched out with the screw or cut out with X-acto knife. For the hardware, you need just one M6x30 bolt or longer and one M6 nut, that's it. Then stick some velcro on the disk and enjoy

Jednoduchý unašeč do vrtačky, pro použití se smirkovým papírem nebo houbou se suchým zipem. Tiskne se zcela bez podpor, ale je potřeba prorazit středovou díru šroubem nebo ji vyříznout nožem. Je potřeba jeden M6x30 nebo delší šroub a jedna matička M6. Poté stačí disk podlepit suchým zipem a je to

Update:

Added a simple bumper printed in soft TPU to make sure, that the plastic wheel doesn't scratch anything. It is a bit smaller than the wheel itself, so you have to stretch the bumper over it.

Suggested print settings:

Layer Height: 0.2mm (Don't use more than this !)

Infill: 20% cubic supported
