Description
Just print them outside-down. The screw counterbores shouldn't need supports, most modern slicers can automatically bridge the inside.
This image is looking up from below the build plate to show the bridges in the counterbore.
I initially printed them in PLA, and while they held up fine I did end up having them MJF printed in PA12 Nylon by JLC, below is my order for two pairs of headphones. So it ends up at about $5 per one pair of headphones.
Just use the original screws for assembly.
To put these on, just disassemble by removing the two screws, and reassemble the same (screws going out from the inside). The only difference being the wire routing. it can be a little fiddley but I find pressing the two halves together before you start screwing helps. As for the cable, you only want to use the channel towards the back of the headphones, the only reason there are two was to reduce the different number of parts, so left and right are identical.
