Description
A central arched bridge spans the river channel using a printable arch profile with reinforced sides and underside fillets to prevent weak stress points. The roadway flows across the bridge into the housing district, tying the composition together like a visual spine.
Flags are modeled as slightly curved solid plates attached to short poles, not thin sheets, ensuring durability, Small bevels and fillets appear throughout the model, reducing sharp edges and improving print reliability.
All parts are manifold, watertight, and support-aware. The design works well at multiple scales, from desk display to larger showcase prints, turning a spool of filament into a pocket-sized old city that feels calm, historic, and quietly cinematic. 🏙
