Description
This isn't one of my regular, complex, function or mechanical model, but rather just a way for me to kind of share what I've been doing at school. So in our school design class, we've recently been learning about CAD design and how to use Fusion 360, which is why I said I'm going to be switching from Tinkercad to Fusion in my Project: Cable car model.
During this unit, we learnt about how to draw concept sketches and the basics of Fusion 360. Our task was to think of two chair design, inspired by Memphis and Alessi, draw it out and design them on CAD. Then, we had to pick our favorite design and write about why we chose it. This was what the chair models are.
For the bus, it's a print in place model that actually works (The wheel spins) that I also designed throughout this unit when we were experimenting with Fusion ourselves. I've also designed several other things during this unit, but I feel like these are the key three models for explaining what I've been doing at school.
This model is also really special to me, since it's technically my first ever design on Fusion. :)
Ps: I'm not expecting you to print this, I just wanted to share them with my 3D printing community and explain why I've made the change from Tinkercad to Fusion in more detail. This also means all my future designs will also be made on Fusion.
