Railcore Cover Interface w/ filament pass-thru

Modified jstevewhite's cover interface for railcore to allow the use of a PC4-M10 push-fitting on the inside of the printer so filament could be fed from the outside.

Notes:

This part makes it easy to install the cover interface kit all the way around and allow filament to be fed through the interface.

There is a cut-out on the bottom portion of it to allow the use of a filament spool holder like this one from wwendorf with modification,
