AERECO ALD ZUROH 100 MD retrofit lever for manual open/close

Retrofit for the AERECO ZUROH 100 MD moisture-controlled external air vent or as spare part for the ZUROH 110 MD with lever.

The lever in combination with drilling a hole into the cover converts the ZUROH 100 MD to the ZUROH 110 MD and allows manual override of the air vent.

There are three possible positions of the lever:

• turn fully left (snaps in) - closed (minimum ventilation)

• turn fully right (snaps in) - open (maximum ventilation)

• move between left and right (somehow center) - automatic (humidity controlled)

Instructions:

1. Print the lever with at least 0.4 nozzle and a small layer height (better than 0.2 mm if possible). I printed it with 0.08 mm layer height. Use PLA or PETG, both should work fine.

2. Take off the cover and drill a 10 mm hole into the cover where there is a lightly visible imprint of the hole from the frame part.

3. Snap-in the lever into the frame part.

4. Attach the cover again and you're ready to go control the air vent.
