Description
I ordered some Chameleon Ultra 2.0 NFC/RFID Emulators (~23 EUR) but these did not contain a good way to put them on your keychain. For who is unfamiliar, it's like a small Flipper Zero reader/emulator/writer.
The models already available are not suitable for me. Too thin, too brittle keychain ring or left holes in the print due to bad dimensions.
I just wanted a rugged base, thick solid ring for my keychain and still good looking.
So I designed my own, based on the original (purple in de images).Â
I made the holes for screws and buttons a bit tighter and removed empty cavities where possible.Â
This is printable without brim/supports.
I printed in Prusament PLA, 100% infill, 0.10 layer height.
For best results set printer settings > advanced > external perimeters first (expert setting). This is due to the thin walls, else you will see on the outside where they get more narrow. Using this setting it's really smooth!
