FPV Drone Model Accessories for the Shen Squirt V2

In PLA. Print 15% infill with support on the build plate and organic supports. .20 balanced or structural.

In PC Blend. Print 100% infill with support on the build plate and organic supports. .20 structural.

For Shen Squirt assembly.

1. Assemble ducts first. Use Qty. 3 20mm M3 standoffs for each duct. Fasten them to the frame using 5mm M3 2.0 screws.

2. Assemble camera / bumper assembly by loosely attaching the camera and the fastening the four outside holes to the duct M3 bottom standoffs.

3. Attach inner two camera / bumper assembly by sliding two 25mm M3 standoffs down through the holes and then fastening them to the bottom of the frame using two 5mm M3 2.0 screws. You may have to use some needle nose pliers to ensure that the standoff does not spin.

4. Attach the VTX SMA connector and the Radio RX T antenna to the Antenna Mount and to the VTX/Radio RX. (In the example I will be using a Ghost Hybrid.)

5. Place the rear mount in a similar fashion on to the rear of the frame with the bottom underneath the frame and the top holes directly above and aligned with the duct holes. 

6. Add 2 25mm M3 standoffs to the rear in a similar fashion to the front. 

7. If desired, route the XT-60 Power Cables through the mount groove.

8. Add the Top plate and fasten the two rear screws using 5mm M3 screws.

9. Mount the RID Plate to the front of the drone over top of the camera mount using 12mm or greater (as desired) M3 screws.

10. Fasten the rear lower duct screws.

Note: If possible; Consider obtaining 18-8 Stainless Steel Flanged Button Head Screws. A good source is McMaster-Carr. The flanged-button head gives it from what I can see an extra 2mm in diameter over a standard button head screw.
