Standoffs:
Currently needs 320mm bed space. STEP file included if anyone wants to modify for smaller printers, its not something I will have time for any time soon sorry.
A large turntable that uses my "Fixit" fixturing system. Most useful with the bamboo skewer standoffs I made specifically to help setup oddly shaped objects.
Cheap bamboo skewers are cut to different lengths to support objects on the table. A cup with plasticine or bluetac on the end of the skewers is used to further secure the object being turned. Or, of course any other FIXIT pieces but I found most of what I had made so far wasnt really right for the job.
A 8mm thread next to the control panel mounts a magic arm that in turn mounts my 3d scanner (revopoint mini 2 here)
Controlled via arduino nano that runs a nema 17 stepper motor. Code is included but was made with Chat GPT, so its probably rubbish. Motor seems to be making an unhappy noise.
Parts list:
Smaller standalone circle can be made on smaller printers, but must be used with existing turntables.
