Laptop Stand Remix: Engineered for Zero Warping
This is a remix of a laptop stand, redesigned specifically to address common 3D printing issues like bed detachment and part deformation.
What has been improved:
Stress Relief Slots: Added vertical expansion joints along the horizontal bars. These slots break up the internal tension that occurs during the cooling of long parts, preventing the "bowing" effect.
Structural Cutouts: Integrated rectangular windows in the main frame. By removing unnecessary mass, the cooling shrink forces are significantly reduced, keeping the base perfectly flat on the build plate.
Optimized Dimensions: * Width: 270 mm
Depth: 250 mm
Support Surface: 260 mm
Files Included:
Standard Version: The clean design for well-calibrated printers.
Anti-Warp Version (Pre-modeled Mouse Ears): This version includes thin 0.2mm discs ("mouse ears") at the critical corners. They provide maximum bed adhesion without the need for a full slicer brim and are easily snapped off after printing.
Print Settings Recommendation:
Infill: 10-15% (Gyroid recommended for even stress distribution).
Walls: 3 for structural rigidity.
Material: Works great in PLA or PETG.
