Parametric Letter/Number Punch Guide and Storage Box.

The Letter Punch guide is inspired by Blondihacks. I do not think it is required to make this guide out of metal; a 3D print should work just fine.

The letter size of the punches is 3mm.

3D printed parts:

• BottomBox_3mm.stl (1x)

• LidBox_3mm.stl (1x)

• HingeGlueInLeft.stl (1x)

• HingeGlueInRight.stl (1x)

• Base_3mm.stl and/or BaseWithFeet_3mm.stl (1x)

• Carriage_3mm.stl (1x)

Other parts:

• magnets for box: diameter 10mm, thickness 2mm (4x)

• magnets for guide base (optional): diameter 5mm, thickness 2.5mm (4x)

Recommended material:

• PETG 10% infill for BottomBox_3mm and LidBox_3mm

• PETG 95% infill for HingeGlueInLeft.stl and HingeGlueInRight.stl

Remarks:

• it is of course possible to print BottomBoxEx_3mm.stl without using the glued-in hinges. However, the hinge will become a weak point then due to the layer orientation during printing.

• the letter size of the punches 5mm have been added
