Skoda Enyaq Chargingcover Lockpin Protector

The Skoda Enyaq chargingcover locking pin mechanism is prone to rust, at least known for the Models from 2021 to 2024.

To help prevent this to happen for my Skoda, I've created this little Cover, that slips onto locking pin to protect it when chargin has to be done during rain.

It holds itself with a tight fit on the rubberseal of the locking pin - without beeing too tight to do any damage. It's lightweight and small, can be fast and easily put on. Just put some into your center console and have always one ready to use whenever you are on a hypercharger and it starts to rain ;)

Tested and modeled for a Skoda Enyaq from late 2024. Should fit all Generations of Enyaq and maybe even the Elroq (unconfirmed yet).

Printing

I recommend printing in PETG for outside use. Requiers only 10g of filament and can be printed in less than an hour.

Standard printsettings for 0.4mm nozzle will do, 2 walls are good enough.
