PC4-M10 Wrenches (for PTFE Tube Connectors)

These two Wrenches are intended for tightening or removing PC4-M10 PTFE Tube Connectors - with or without a PTFE Tube attached. Two versions of the Wrench are provided:

1 - The Closed Wrench is used to tighten or loosen PC4-M10 connectors when a 4mm PTFE (Teflon) Tube is NOT attached to the connector - this version is generally preferred because it can apply more force to the connector

2 - The Open Wrench is used to tighten or loosen PC4-M10 connectors even if a 4mm PTFE (Teflon) Tube IS attached to the connector - the PTFE Tube slit in this version makes it less rigid than the Closed version, but doesn't require you to remove the PTFE Tube to use it

Note that these Wrenches are NOT designed for use with PC4-M5 Connectors - like the PTFE Tube Connector used on the Prusa MK4 Nextruder and the Prusa MMU3! That type of connector has a plastic tab that is wider than the hex shaft that the wrench needs to grip - so an open-end wrench is required!

To allow modifications, I have provided STEP (.stp) files for both Wrenches.

3MF files have been provided for both Wrenches.

The Open PC4-M10 Wrench seen in the photos was printed with Bambu Orange PLA Basic with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with a 10% gyroid infill, 3 perimeters (outer walls) for strength, and concentric top and bottom fill pattern (not required - only to make the Wrench look nicer). Supports are not needed.

The Closed PC4-M10 Wrench seen in the photos was printed with Sunlu Transparent Blue PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with a 10% gyroid infill, 3 perimeters (outer walls) for strength, and concentric top and bottom fill pattern (not required - only to make the Wrench look nicer). Supports are not needed.
