This will print fine in single-color (probably red), though it looks better if you paint the logo white.

To add the magnets, add a pause before the top layer gets printed. Then, when the printer stops, insert the magnets (5x2.5mm round neodymium magnets), make sure they aren't sticking out of the top, and resume the print. The printer will print two more layers over the magnets (with a 0.2mm print height, which will cover the magnets.
