Description
The model includes the dagger, a display stand with episode information on the bottom, and a tag.
The dagger is in two parts to allow for better printing. I wanted to make the parts as strong as possible so they are oriented along the print lines, rather than printed vertically. The blade needs a brim and probably a support.
The base needs supports.
The tag is 3mm thick and is designed for color changes at 1.2mm and 2.2mm.
This dagger is a super simple design. I wasn't even going to post it. Then I figured out how to print it to minimize post processing and it got interesting. The real trick to this design is the stand. The dagger thrust through the earth is the symbol of the Terran Empire.
