Ideal für jede Werkstatt, egal ob privat oder im Unternehmen: Der universelle Halter für Gehörschutz und Schutzbrille der APTO systems GmbH für die Montage an der Wand.

Ideal deshalb, weil er:

• universell ist: Es können verschiedenste Modelle Schutzbrillen bzw. Gehörschutz auf diesen Halter aufgesetzt werden,

• keine Stützstruktur beim Druck benötigt (lediglich eine Schürze/ein Rand wird empfohlen),

• beliebige Beschilderung ohne große Hilfsmittel vorgenommen und diese jederzeit problemlos ausgewechselt werden kann,

• robust ist,

• einfach zu montieren ist,

• aus beliebigen festen Filamenten, egal ob PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS oder anderen, gedruckt werden kann (gedruckt wurde er bei uns aus PETG),

• nur wenig Zubehör benötigt, um zusammengebaut werden zu können (2x Holzschrauben 4x40 oder länger, ggf. zwei passende Dübel, 2x Neodym-Magnet 3x20mm, ggf. Papier-Schild),

• tolerant ist gegenüber verkehrt gepolter Magnete, da sie problemlos im Nachgang umgedreht werden können,

• und optisch ansprechend konstruiert ist, da die Montageschrauben für die Wandmontage nach dem Zusammenbau vollständig verdeckt werden und die Bruchkante zwischen Ober- und Unterteil teilweise durch das Schild verdeckt wird.

Natürlich kann es auch als Halter für Kopfhörer und Sonnenbrille oder ähnliches verwendet werden.

Montageanleitung (Bilderstrecke beachten!):

• Rückseitig wird in beide Teile je ein Magnet 3x20mm nach dem Druck eingeschoben, sodass diese sich gegenseitig anziehen,

• die obere Hälfte wird nun mithilfe zweier Holzschrauben 4x40 (oder länger) und - ggf. je nach Wand - mit zwei Dübeln an der Wand montiert,

• spätestens jetzt kann ein Schild gedruckt oder händisch beschriftet werden (auf Maß schneiden!),

• das Schild kann nun in die untere Hälfte eingeschoben werden,

• nun wird die untere Hälfte von unten an die obere Hälfte angesetzt - die Magneten halten beide Teile zusammen (sollten sie sich abstoßen, den Magneten der unteren Hälfte entnehmen und umgedreht wieder einsetzen)

• und Gehörschutz sowie Schutzbrille auf den montierten Halter aufsetzen.

Das verwendete Schild steht als PDF-Download zur Verfügung - natürlich können auch eigene verwendet werden.

• can be printed from any solid filament, whether PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, or others (we printed it from PETG),

• requires only a few accessories to assemble (2x wood screws 4x40 or longer, two matching dowels if necessary, 2x neodymium magnets 3x20mm, paper sign if necessary),

• it doesn't matter if the magnets are mounted incorrectly, as they can easily be turned around afterwards,

• and it has an attractive design, as the mounting screws for wall mounting are completely concealed after assembly and the break edge between the upper and lower part is partially concealed by the sign.

Of course, it can also be used as a holder for headphones, sunglasses, or similar items.

Assembly instructions (see pictures!):

• After printing, insert a 3x20mm magnet into each of the two parts on the back so that they attract each other.

• The upper half is now mounted on the wall using two 4x40 wood screws (or longer) and, depending on the wall, two dowels.

• Now print or write a label.

• The label can now be inserted into the lower half.

• Now place the lower half on top of the upper half from below—the magnets will hold both parts together (if they repel each other, remove the magnet from the lower half and reinsert it upside down).

• Place the ear protection and safety goggles on the mounted holder.
