UPDATE: I decided to tweak the dimensions of the cup a bit to better suit the application. See my new soft top and cup here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4572018

So I printed John Mulac's Collapsible Cup as a fun test print after rebuilding my Prusa Mk3S extruder assembly. It's a really great model and when I pressed his cup firmly open it even held water for me. I mean, I wouldn't want to leave water in it overnight, but it was definitely a usable cup.

From there it was sort of a part seeking a purpose. That is, until I saw my daughter's snack cup and thought, hmm I could make a soft top for this and make it a snack cup too. It works great for dry snacks and collapses nice and small to fit in out diaper bag. Nice.

Link to the model in OnShape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/07a3f2087f0c07b9f34fe681/w/3f6f9da50167868b2bb67c47/e/d238b5471877dee651db870a

Enjoy!

Do not use 3D printed parts with food. As with any 3D print the parts can't be considered food safe #ObligatoryDisclaimer
