Nespresso Vertuo Pod Tools Workstation

This model is a set of functional, 3D-printable tools designed to make reloading Nespresso Vertuo pods easy, clean, and repeatable. By using freshly ground coffee and a quality grinder, these tools let you refill Vertuo pods for a fraction of the cost of store-bought capsules—while producing noticeably better coffee.

This model is ideal for coffee enthusiasts who want better control over their brew, lower ongoing costs, and a more sustainable alternative to single-use pods. This stand is designed to streamline the Nespresso Vertuo pod reloading process and keep everything organized in one place. 

For best results, trim your Nespresso pods carefully with a sharp paring knife before refilling. Removing the foil cleanly and smoothing the rim helps ensure a proper seal and reduces the chance of leaks. Take your time — starting with a clean, even pod makes a big difference in consistency and performance.

• Funnel, Sealer and Stamp were printed with Lab Tested FDA Compliant Food Safe PETG at 20% infill using cubic pattern.

• Two funnel slots — makes filling two pods at once much easier and more efficient

• Dedicated slot for your pod sealer

• Built-in storage for both the pod stamper and pod cutter

• Two marker holes on the left side sized for a Sharpie (perfect for labeling pods before filling)

• Two small holes on the right side for paint brushes used to clean the pod edges

• Rear slot designed to hold CAPMESSO Aluminum Foil Lids for quick access during sealing
