MAN TGX Shifter to M8 Adapter

An adapter for use with the MAN TGX shifter, specifically designed for the Bash Pro sim shifter but works with any M8 threaded bar.  Printed in TPU for a little flexibility (sizing based on a small amount of shrinkage) this will be a snug fit for many non-threaded shifter knobs.  If it doesn't fit, I have also provided a slightly smaller version (v1.1).  Use the grub screws provided with the shifter knob to remove any additional slack.
