Varia VS4 (bottomless) Portafilter Holder

This is a remix of my VS3 Portafilter Holder to fit the VS4

Important note: This Holder should fit for portafilter up to the following dimensions:

EBM 77 mm up to 86 mm
KH 5,9 mm and 6,4 mm (2 Inserts printable)

So if your portafilter dimensions are around this values it should fit. If not please contact me before printing the design. I can create other Inserts for different Sizes too. But only up to a certain point.

Material recommendation

I recommend to use at least PETG if you preheat your Portafilter. Also TPU for the inserts is a good choice to get some flexibility. But PLA should work too.

Height adjustable

You can adjust the height of the portafilter/ holder. Even after putting the tensioner in place.
Maybe this way even a portafilter with duo outlet fits? 

Tensioner
Here you can slide in the tensioner (from the bottom back of the VS3). If it is too tight you can use sth. like a wooden stick to push it in.

If the tension is too low you can rescale the tensioner (only) in the length directin a little bit or print one of the 2 new tensioners I designed to help for that cause.

Variable part:

This design is so you can change the opening of the brackets. I added the .step file so you can easily edit it yourself or just ask for the sizes you need. 

In the main design it comes with bracket openings of 5,9 & 6,4 mm. You can also print them from TPU.

Secure the brackets with some 1,75 mm Filament or glue.

You can also heat the brackets up a little and press the portafilter in place to get a perfect fit xD
