Slickies Dragan V2 Wedge Mounts

Wedge system to mount Dragan V2 foot hooks to your balance board.

First number is the height of the wedge at the inside edge, in millimeters. The second number is the angle of the wedge. "10x10" is 10mm tall at the inside edge with a 10 degree angle.

Hardware

Per set:

• 6 x M5x25mm countersunk screws (for securing the wedge to the footpad)

• 8 x M6x20mm flat head screws (perhaps with some washers to pair) (for securing the Dragan V2 to the wedge)

• 6 x M5x8mm threaded wood inserts (example)

• 8 x M6x8mm threaded wood inserts (example)

Printing Instructions

• 95a TPU recommended

• 7 perimeter walls (on a 0.6mm nozzle) is necessary to keep the threaded inserts from breaking through to the infill layers

• No supports needed

• I recommend using mouse ears to keep things adhered to the bed

• After printing

  • Thread in M5 threaded inserts to the smaller holes as needed

  • Thread in M6 threaded inserts to the larger holes as needed

To print the right wedge, simply mirror it in your slicer.
