About
I have a one socket and a plug that is super hard to remove, so I created a handle to make it easier to remove the plug from the socket.
Should be compatible with standard angled plugs used in computer electronics, home appliances etc. Schuko / CEE-7-7 / IEC.
I take no responsibility for any damages caused by this print - you use it at your own risk - this model is not compliant with any electrical standards.
Please give likes, review and suggestions for improvements. Also make sure to do the same to the original authors of the models used. Thanks!
Changelog
2026.02.10 - initial release, added chamfers, added polygon version, test polygon version without supports, update docs
provided gcode is for material and time duration estimations only
two-sided model has chamfers on both sides
recommended is to use PETG because it is more resistant to force when sliding it onto the plug
4 perimeters or more, 20% infill
Round version - use supports, Polygon version - not needed (tested)
measure the dimension of the plug, apply negative volume to the model if needed - some plugs differ in size and thus you need to adjust to them, for example scale X axis to 120-125%, use measure tool in the slicer to check the diameters.
Assembly
you can use some soap to make it easier to slide in the handle onto the plug
