V2 Whistle with easier print lanyard/keyring hole and text

The original V2 model is a mostly easy print designed for bulk batch printing and whistles LOUD (particularly with ASA filament), but I was having trouble with filament sagging into the hole at the back intended for keyring or lanyard.  So I made the square hole into a corner hole.

Two versions are given, one with text "ICE alert" and one with no text.  If you want to print the text in a different color, just put a pause in the code (easy with PrusaSlicer or OrcaSlicer) just after the text part stats printing and when it pauses, change to another color filament.  If you want to use your own text, the Emboss tool in those slicers is easy to use, print the text as a join with 1mm depth.
