Description
These are some fun Clover glasses that can be made to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day or any other clover based activities. I got tired of my other glasses need for a hand melted rivet so I am trying these new arms with a print in place hinge. The arms can be pressed into place on the studs on the frame. They mostly stay attached with friction but they might wiggle off without any glue. I recommend a tiny drop of glue on top of the studs, then press the arm assembly and they seem to stay stuck once the glue sets. The hinge just need a tiny bit of force to move the first time off the printer then they move back and forth like you would expect.
The frame can be printed two tone with just a manual filament swap (mmu can do it automatically but it is not required). I like green on White or Gold or Silver but you can experiment with it how you would like. Unfortunately due to the layer switch the frame sits above the clover and it will need some support for the frame to print successfully, but it's pretty minimal.
