Description
This is a replica of a classic figure from the Elan Merchandise Lord of the Rings line, "Saruman's Forces" pack number 1813. Heritage Miniatures manufactured these figures for Elan, who held the LotR license at the time. The figures have the classic square Heritage base, but do not say "Heritage" anywhere on the figure. Instead, the bases are stamped "Elan Merch".
