Replica of Heritage Miniatures #1243 A (alternate)

This is a replica of the classic figure A from the Heritage Miniatures Dungeon Dwellers blister pack number 1243, "Orcs". Going through my miniatures recently, I found that the two copies of this figure I have are actually slightly different. This version is the one featured here: http://www.miniatures-workshop.com/lostminiswiki/index.php?title=Image:Heritage-dwellers-1243a-1.jpg&oldid=182146

The other version, in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4824065 , seems to be pictured at the link in that item's description, although the image is a bit small to tell for sure. The main difference between the two is that this one has a pronounced belt pouch or buckle that is missing on the other.

This figure was also included in the boxed set of Level 2 Monsters, and it is possible that one version was in the box and the other was in the blister pack.
