Google Nest Thermostat Base Cover Plate
Super basic.
For Nest Thermostat (latest 2026, cheaper version). Don't actually like this, but wall was mangled behind the thermostat mounting area so it makes things look clean. Approximate ~1hr print in material and color of your choice.
No additional hardware needed. place around Nest base plate and then assemble the thermostat to it.
