Voron 2.4/Trident TPU Twist-Lock Deck Support (LDO 350mm)

This is a support component for the bottom panel (deck) of Voron 2.4 or Trident printers using 2020 aluminum extrusions. It is designed specifically for 3mm thick panels, such as those provided in LDO 350mm kits.

Technical Details:

• Installation: The design allows for the part to be inserted and locked into the profile at any time, including after the printer assembly is finished, without requiring frame disassembly.

• Material: Intended for TPU 95A. The piece is inserted into the slot and rotated 90 degrees to secure it.

• Function: The use of TPU provides a dampened contact point for the deck panel, which can help in reducing structural rattle during printer operation.

• Compatibility: Sized for 3mm decks. If using a thicker panel, simply cut (trim) the necessary amount from the side of the supporting flange in your slicer to compensate for the difference.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: TPU 95A

• Infill: 40% - 80%

• Orientation: Print on the flat side; no supports required.

Tip: In tight or hard-to-reach spots, you can twist or untwist the plugs using long-nose pliers for easy installation and removal.
