🛠 Print Tips for Best Thread Fit:

• Use 0.2 mm layer height (or finer for better detail)

• Reduce print speed for the threaded section if possible

• Ensure your printer is well-calibrated (especially flow and extrusion multiplier)

• Avoid over-extrusion — this will make the threads too tight

If the threads feel slightly too tight after printing, you can carefully improve the fit by:

• Gently screwing and unscrewing multiple times

• Light sanding if necessary

• Or placing the part briefly in hot (not boiling) water to slightly soften the material and adjust the fit

⚠ Do not use boiling water for long periods — especially with PLA — as it can deform the part.
