Foil NutGuard 3D & Isolation pieces Fencing

Designs

I prepared 3 Designs for you:

A) Spare Parts + Nut Holder: 5 Pieces - Isolation Top + Bottom + Base + Nuts

This design lets you carry all "original" parts with you in case you are not allowed to use this modification on a tournament. So it is easy to always go back and not loose any parts on the way.

B) Simple Nut holder: 4 Pieces - Isolation + Base + Nuts

This design is a little stronger than a) and does not need to hold the extra bottom isolator.

C) Threaded "NoNut" Holder: 2 Pieces - Isolation + Base

This design comes with printed threads. So no nuts required at all. 

D) Isolation Parts

Simple Isolation - Dimensions just like the original ones.

The spare Part Holder does have a small opening so that the bottom insulation can be easily removed.

Material Choice:

I would highly recommend using Hard TPU or PETG for the designs. 

If you use TPU you might not need the tensioning washers.
