Sprinter Van - Rear Door Magnet Bumper Housing - (T1N 2002-2006)

Replaces Mercedes Sprinter T1N | Part Number: 901 740 03 16 (not exact match but it works)

Designed this replacement after the original cracked from rust expansion. Pause the print to insert the OEM metal components, then resume to encase them.

Print Settings:

• Material: TPU 64D or 95A

• Pause at layer (See video below if you have not done this before)

Additional Notes:

• Fusion 360 and STL files included

• Magnet Bumper is show in diagram below (part 35)

• Seal (part 38) can be extruded from the included Fusion 360 sketches if needed.
