These are mil-spec sized buffer tube adapters.
There are 4 variants; Iron-height / in-line recoil with sturdy & lightweight variants, and optic height weigh sturdy & lightweight variants.

These are intended for printing with nylon at 100% infill. For this application, fiber fillings are counter productive since they reduce layer adhesion.
