Perfect Sphere Candle Mold

We designed a modular sphere candle mold that’s easy to print, easy to assemble, and gives you beautifully smooth spherical candles.  All parts are support-free and optimized for clean, reliable printing.

The mold is made of interlocking blocks — everything snaps together with a clever fit system, no screws required.

• For our prints, we used PETG for better heat resistance and durability.

• However, it can also be printed in PLA if you prefer (just make sure to pour the wax at a safe temperature).

• We tested it using paraffin wax, poured directly into the assembled mold — and the result is a perfectly smooth, clean sphere candle.

📏 Available Sizes
The mold is available in 5 different sphere diameters, so you can create small decorative candles or larger statement pieces.

🔧 3 Tolerance Versions per Size
For each size, you’ll find 3 different block versions, each with a different tolerance level:

• Version I → low tolerance (tighter fit)

• Version II → medium tolerance (balanced fit)

• Version III → high tolerance (looser fit)

This allows you to choose the perfect fit depending on:
your printer calibration
your material
your personal preference
