Description
It was pointed out to me that the Voron logo orientation was upside down[see pictures]. As of 19.Feb.2026 the CAD and STL/STEP with logos on are now corrected to have the correct Voron logo orientation.Â
Fully printed frame.
Fits Pi5+NVME-HDMI adapter board. [see BOM further down]
Fits Pi5 Tower Coolers.
Fits 5v-xA PSU inside the skirt - Max size millimeters: L100 W78 H36
Power button in the front skirt. [see picture below]
Hinged magnetic door.
Overkill with 2x 4010 intake and 2x 4010 exhaust fans.Â
Bit of extra space inside for a small screen (knomi?) or other PI-extensions.Â
All IO/ports come out the back.Â
Case size in millimeters: L156 W96 H161
Low BOM cost [not counting the PI]
I'm so sorry about the fastener choice.. Could maybe get to M2 hardware but went for M1.6 to keep things as small as i could and keep the BOM very consistent for the entire build. Â Honestly not too bad, but sorry in advance for the dropped screws.
67x M1.6 - OD2.5 mm -L3 mm Heated Insert [just get a 100 pack, trust me]
80x M1.6x5 mm - Socket Head Screws [just get a 100 pack here too…]
4x 3x2mm Magnets
1x D2F-L Microswitch [same as most printers use]
4x 5v 4010 fans
Some amount of filament, not much. Â
a very tiny amount of 1mm double-sided tape.Â
I have not researched adapter boards for the Pi4 etc, so these links are for the Pi5.Â
Raspberry Pi(5)
Pi tower cooler - or any other Pi cooler [LINK IS FOR PI5 ONLY]
HDMI+NVME Adapter Board [LINK IS FOR PI5 ONLY] - I recommend getting the one with NVME slot and power-IN-terminals if using a big PSU and not the PI USB-C adapter.Â
5V_xA PSU [or use the PI USB-C adapter] Case fits MAX size millimeters: L100 W78 H36 in the skirt.Â
M2.5 hardware for the Pi stuff.Â
Â
Power button in the front skirt using a D2F-L Microswitch wired up as NO. Microswitch is pressed into its housing getting locked in place.Â
Â
I opted for slight pressfit on these. Not so tight they wont come off, and not so loose they fall off. So I would strongly recommend test-printing one fan grill to make sure they are a nice fit for your brand fans. You can change the diameter on the rods in CAD. In Fusion simply select the 4 pins on the Fan Grill , press "Q" and adjust as needed up or down in diameter.Â
Some building tips! [ Please follow these 2 pictures first or you'll be taking it apart again to fit the deck panel. After this is done you can freestyle it ]
Â
You can now start adding all the threaded heatsets and build as you want.Â
Rest of the build will be Build By CAD.Â
If you really really want clear panels and cant get them made cheap, I can make them for material cost+shipping, but will limit it to EU as I'm in Norway and shipping can get expensive outside of the EU.    DM me and we'll check shipping price to your location. Material cost is ~4 euros.Â
Any issues? please DM me on Printables.Â
