48mm spool adapter (lead screw and spacer) for PASTA lite respooler

This is a remixed model designed for smaller spools with a width of 48mm. I have smaller spools myself, so I had to modify the original design to fit my needs. This version might also be useful for others who have similar spool sizes and need a compatible leadscrew for their Pasta Lite Winder.
