Benchy Ripples PLA Forming

BUILD INSTRUCTIONS:

The forms should be printed in PETG and the disk in PLA, this will ensure easy separation after forming.

1. print PETG forms

2. print PLA form

3. remove disk from bed and place in folded paper

4. place disk/paper on bed

5. heat bed to high temperature (min 80C)

6. heat for ~10 minutes

7. quickly remove disk and place in form

8. clamp as disk cools

9. remove PLA disk
