Description

Improve the performance and aesthetics of your Creality Hi with this simple cable management solution. This mod prevents the main toolhead cable from sagging or drooping, ensuring smooth movements and preventing potential interference during printing.

It uses a PTFE tube as a flexible "spine" to maintain a perfect arch and provide structural support to the cable.

Required Materials:

  • PTFE Tube: 1 x 46cm length

  • 1 units – Self-Locking Cable Ties 2,5x100

Step-by-step Process:

  1. Base Assembly: Connect the base to the support arm

  2. PTFE Placement: Place the PTFE tube onto the support arm guide.

  3. Positioning: Place the entire assembly onto the Creality Hi main cable.

  4. Securing the Base : Use a small cable tie to secure the base and trim the excess with pliers.

  5. Clip Installation: Snap the 4 clips onto the PTFE tube.

  6. Final Arching: Fasten the clips onto the extruder wiring, shaping it into an arch.

  7. Ready!: Enjoy your upgraded Creality Hi.
