Dieses Modell erleichtert die Stromversorgung meines Druckers im Gehäuse des „PrintClosureProject”.

Es verfügt über Aussparungen für die folgenden Komponenten:

• 1 x Kaltgeräte-Einbau-Buchse

• 3 x Kaltgeräte-Steckverbinder

• 2 x Einbausteckdose

Nicht benötigte Aussparungen können mit Abdeckungen verschlossen werden.

Ich habe die Acrylglasplatten des Gehäuses durchbohrt und das Modell daran verschraubt. Die „Gegenplatte.STL” eignet sich als Bohrschablone und wird wie eine Unterlegscheibe zum Schutz des Acrylglas von innen angebracht.

Zur Montage sind erforderlich:

• 8 x Einschmelzgewinde M3 x 5,7

• 3 x Einschmelzgewinde M4 x 8,1

• 3 x Zylinderkopfschrauben M4 x 12

• 14 x Zylinderkopfschrauben M3 x 10

• 2 x Senkkopfschrauben M3 x 16

• 8 x Senkkopfschrauben M4 x 16

• 8 Muttern M3

• 8 Muttern M4

• Elektrische Komponenten (Kabel, Stecker usw.).

Bitte beachten:

• Die Glassicherung in der angegebenen Kaltgeräte-Einbau-Buchse ist 5 x 20 mm. In anderen Ländern könnte dies kein Standard sein.

• Das Gehäuse besitzt die Schutzklasse IP20.

This model facilitates the power supply to my printer in the “PrintClosureProject” housing.

It has recesses for the following components:

Unused recesses can be closed with covers.

I drilled holes through the acrylic glass plates of the housing and screwed the model onto them. The “Gegenplatte.STL” is suitable as a drilling template and is attached like a washer to protect the acrylic glass from the inside.

• 3 x M4 x 8.1 insert threads

• 3 x M4 x 12 cylinder head screws

• 14 x M3 x 10 cylinder head screws

• 2 x countersunk screws M3 x 16

• 8 x countersunk screws M4 x 16

• 8 nuts M3

• 8 nuts M4

• Electrical components (cables, plugs, etc.)

Please note:

• The glass fuse in the specified IEC socket is 5 x 20 mm. This may not be standard in other countries.

• The housing has protection class IP20.
