Thermal deformation: PLA has a low softening point and may warp if the wires heat up.
Electrical safety: Due to PLA's hygroscopic nature (absorbing moisture), there is a long-term risk of insulation failure or arcing.
Recommendation: For your safety, please use a Flame Retardant filament with a V0 rating, such as Prusament PETG V0 or similar certified materials. These filaments contain self-extinguishing additives designed for electrical applications.

Most store-bought covers have tabs or clips that leave an annoying gap between the cover and the wall. I designed this version to solve that problem.
A collection of covers for popular electrical box sizes, including legacy standards and wide-flange versions designed to hide wall imperfections or oversized holes. The files are named according to the following convention: box_diameter outermasking_diameter.
