Description
When building winches, lifting mechanisms, or high-speed launch rails, a single bearing can sometimes tilt under the tension of the rope. I designed this much wider pulley to accept two 608 bearings, distributing the load evenly across an 8mm axle. The deep V-groove profile ensures that your paracord, rope, or cable stays securely tracked in the center without slipping off the edges.

Hardware Required
2x 608 Bearings: (8mm ID x 22mm OD x 7mm Width).
1x 8mm Axle: An M8 bolt, a piece of 8mm smooth rod, or a sturdy 3D printed pin.
This was designed to print easily with standard settings, though a few extra walls will help with the press-fit strength.
Layer Height: 0.20 mm
Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid or Grid)
Wall/Perimeter Count: 3 to 4 walls (Highly recommended to ensure the bearing socket doesn't split when pressing them in).
Supports: No supports required if printed flat on its side.
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS.
Assembly Note The bearing tolerances are designed for a tight press fit. Lay the pulley flat on a table, align the bearing, and press firmly and evenly. Repeat on the other side.
