InfinityFlow S1/S1 Plus Mount for Prusa XL

Mount the InfinityFlow S1 Automatic Filament Reloader to the side the Prusa XL. This mounts to the frame extrusion of the Prusa XL. You can fit four S1 Automatic Filament Reloaders, two on each side. 

Works with the S1 and S1 Plus - S1 Automatic Filament Reloader from InfinityFlow.

Printing

• Most materials and default print settings should work. I used PETG.

• Print in the orientation the model import at.

Installation

• Secure the mount to the extrusion using one M4 or M5 screw and a t-slot nut. I found these printable t-slot nuts from another Printable user.

• Attached the S1 Automatic Filament Reloader using M3x8 screws (the same ones the S1 used to mount the spool holders it comes with). You can use all four screw holes on the S1, but if you want to remove it easily, I recommend only tightening the two on the side facing out from the printer.

• Remove the PTFE tube from the rear of the Prusa XL side filament sensor and insert it in the outlet of the S1.

• DON'T FORGET to disable the side filament sensor for the tool you are connecting the S1 to.
