Anycubic Mega X Extruder Washer

I had an issue with my Anycubic Mega X, where the filament would fail to extrude due to it slipping out of the tracks and then get ground into dust by the turning gear. After a bit of research, it turns out this is a common issue resolved by buying a dual gear extruder.

I found that the filament would often slip due to sideways movement in the spring loaded leaver. So I designed this washer to help push and hold the leaver in position. So far I have not had any more issues with failed extrusion.

This washer sits in the existing hole in the side panel of the extruder housing as you can see in the photo.

Note: although this works reasonably well for me, it might not for you.
