BMW Boxer Motor Staubschutz für die Schwungradseite der Kurbelwelle und den Zylinder Ein- & Auslass.

Kurbelwelle (Schwungradseite):

Es sollte theoretisch auf jedem 2V Boxer seit der /5 Serie anwendbar sein solange es ein 100x80x10 Dichtring ist - BMW Nr. 11111338342, 11111337674, 11111335654 & 11111261739

Falls man den Dreckschutz nicht per Hand rausbekommt ist noch ein M11(x1,5) Innengewinde für eine Schwungrad Sechskantschraube drin.

Weil ich die Dichtung austauschen werde habe ich mir eine 81Ø neben der normalen 80er Variante designt - schaut in den Dateinamen.

Zylinder Ein- & Auslass:

Schaut bei realoem.com und eurem Modell nach welche Auslass Sternmutter bei euch verbaut ist und welchen Durchmesser die Einlasseite hat.
Danach orientiert euch an den Dateinamen:

• "Intake xx" - Einlass Durchmesser

• "Exhaust M48x2" - passend zu 18211335595

• "Exhaust M52x2" - sollte passend zu 18211234721, 18212316145 sein

Ich selber hatte bisher nur für "Intake 43mm" & "Exhaust M48x2" Verwendung - wenn die anderen nicht passen gib bitte Rückmeldung - wenn es passt lasst gerne ein Make bei welchem Motor es verwendet wurde da 🤗

An die vor 1970 R2x, R5x, R6x Besitzer:

Wenn ihr mir sagt welches Gewinde der Auslass hat mach ich euch auch eine Variante - bei realoem ist leider in der Erläuterungen keine Gewindegröße notiert...

BMW airhead engine dirt protector for the flywheel side of the crankshaft and the cylinder intake & exhaust.

Crankshaft (flywheel side):

Theoretically, it should be applicable to every 2V Boxer since the /5 series as long as it is a 100x80x10 sealing ring - BMW No. 11111338342, 11111337674, 11111335654 & 11111261739

If you can't remove the dirt guard by hand, there is also an M11(x1.5) internal thread for a flywheel hexagon screw.

Because I'm going to replace the seal, I've designed an 81Ø version in addition to the normal 80 version – check the file names.

Cylinder inlet & outlet:

Check realoem.com and your model to see which exhaust star nut is installed and what diameter the intake side has.
Then refer to the file names:

• “Intake xx” – intake diameter
  

• "Exhaust M48x2” – fits 18211335595

• “Exhaust M52x2” - should fit 18211234721, 18212316145

I myself have only used “Intake 43mm” & “Exhaust M48x2” so far – if the others don't fit, please let me know – if they do fit, please leave a make about which engine it was used on 🤗
